I've been a pastor/counselor for 12 years working primarily with Jr. and Sr. high students and families. I'm married to my wonderful wife Jennifer Sclafani and we are expecting our first child in June 2006. I have lived in Seattle my whole life and graduated from Roosevelt High School, then the University of Washington with a BA in Speech Communication. Most recently, I completed my MA in Counseling from Mars Hill Graduate School. I also have a private counseling practice in Seattle near Greenlake [www.richardsclafani.com]. I am a huge music fan and love all kinds. I love to learn and I love to laugh.
